DMCA & Takedown Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Yedapo respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright and trademark infringement that comply with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) where applicable, and we provide a straightforward process for rights holders to request removal or exclusion of content.

How Yedapo Uses Content

Yedapo generates AI-powered summaries, highlights, shownotes, keywords, and analyses of publicly available podcast episodes and videos. This material is intended to be transformative, original commentary that helps listeners discover and preview content. Yedapo does not host, store, redistribute, or stream the original audio or video files; those files remain on, and are streamed or linked directly from, the publishers' own servers and third-party platforms. Transcript text, where shown, is either provided by the publisher, sourced from publicly available materials, or generated by automated speech-to-text processing, and is used to produce the analytical materials described above.

Filing a Copyright Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner's behalf and you believe content on Yedapo infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed (for example, the podcast name, episode title, or URL of the original content).
  2. Identification of the material on Yedapo you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the episode-page URL on Yedapo, or the specific summary or transcript content).
  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that under applicable law, you may be liable for damages (including costs and legal fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:

  • Your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where required by applicable law, we may restore the removed material after a waiting period unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.

Repeat-Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, and we may remove content and restrict access as we deem appropriate to comply with applicable law. See our Terms of Service for more information.

Content-Creator Opt-Out

If you are a podcast or video creator and would like your show or channel excluded from Yedapo entirely — without needing to file a formal infringement notice — contact us at [email protected] with your show or channel details. We will add it to our exclusion list and remove existing material within 5 business days.
